HDFC Bank Limited has sanctioned ₹1,940 crore financing availed by Indus Infra Trust, the road InvIT platform backed by GR Infra.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised HDFC Bank on this financing transaction.

The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Pragya Verma (Senior Associate), Associates Jhalak Gupta and Harsh Dugar.

The finances will be utilized for the purpose of, inter alia, refinancing of the existing debt availed by the new SPVs acquired by the Indus Infra Trust.
