JSA advises lead investor IvyCap Ventures on SwitchOn pre-Series B fundraise

Abee Research Labs Private Limited, dba SwitchOn, has raised $8 million from a pre-Series B fundraise led by IvyCap Ventures.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised lead investor IvyCap Ventures Fund III on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), with strategic inputs from Siddharth Mody (Partner), and support from Niharika Rao (Principal Associate), Associates Ayush Chaturvedi and Prakhar Jain.

SwitchOn develops AI-powered machine vision systems that automate quality inspection on manufacturing line.

The capital will be utilized to fast-track SwitchOn's global expansion and enhance research and development in next-generation physical AI.
