JSA, Rajani Associates act on Innefu Labs $30 million Series B fundraise

Innefu Labs Limited has raised $30 million from a Series B fundraise led by Panthera Growth Partners. The fundraise was undertaken through a combination of primary and secondary investments.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Panthera Growth Partners Pte Ltd and its affiliates on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Siddharth Mody (Partner), with support from Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), Tanmayee Sahoo (Senior Associate) and Atul Mohta (Associate).

Rajani Associates advised Indianivesh Venture Capital Fund in relation to its partial exit from Innefu Labs, as Panthera Growth Partners acquired shares from them. The Firm advised Indianivesh on all aspects of the transaction, including transaction documentation and negotiations with the purchaser, the company and the promoter stakeholders.

The transaction was led by Ashish Parwani (Senior Partner) and Rajeev Nair (Partner), with support from Gitika Makhija (Principal Associate).

Innefu Labs is a leading artificial intelligence company focused on national security and indigenous multi-modal fusion systems deployed across defence, intelligence, law enforcement, revenue intelligence and large enterprise clients.

The fresh capital will allow Innefu to prepare for an IPO and speed up its expansion into global markets.
