JSA advises Manipal Hospitals on ₹495 crore hospital acquisition in Mumbai

Manipal Health Enterprises Limited has acquired a land parcel and a hospital building in Mumbai from Khubchandani Hospitals Pvt Ltd, Khubchandani Properties and Investments Pvt Ltd and Perfect Realty Pvt Ltd., for ₹495 crore ($52.1 million).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Manipal on the acquisition of the land and the hospital building. The Firm conducted comprehensive legal due diligence and also drafted and negotiated the transaction documents for acquisition of this property.

The transaction was led by Farid Karachiwala (Partner), with support from Vishwa Mehta (Senior Associate) and Krutika Mehta (Associate).
