JSA advises Snitch Apparels on acquisition of Berrylush

Snitch Apparels Private Limited, through a subsidiary, has acquired Berrylush Designs Private Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Snitch Apparels on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Rishabh Gupta (Lead Partner), Akshath Mithal (Principal Associate), Associates Jyotiranjan Mallick, Saurabh Chatterji and Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte.

JSA has been advising Snitch on various matters, including its Series A and Series B fundraises.

Snitch is one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in India, known for its trend-forward, omnichannel fashion offerings; and currently operating over 110+ offline stores.

Berrylush is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion brand focused on making contemporary global fashion accessible to modern Indian women.

The acquisition marks Snitch’s entry into the women's apparel segment, as it expands beyond menswear.
