JSA advises TIL on rights issue and stake acquisition in Tulip Compression

TIL Limited has made a rights issue of equity shares, and has simultaneously acquired a majority stake in Tulip Compression Private Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised TIL on the rights issue and the stake acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Vikram Raghani (Partner), with support from Farah Titina (Principal Associate), Tavishi Chandra (Senior Associate) and Yagnesh Sharma (Associate).

The JSA capital markets team was led by Arka Mookerjee (Partner), along with Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner) and Sourav Modi (Partner), with support from Associates Prateek Khandelwal and Ishika Jain.

TIL Limited is a niche heavy-equipment and defence engineering company, and one of the few manufacturers in India with indigenous mobile crane manufacturing capabilities. With a legacy dating back to 1944, the company has established a strong presence in the engineering and infrastructure sectors.
