JSA advises Vobis Ventures on acquisition of Optiv's Advisory, Consulting and Transformation business

Vobis Ventures has acquired the advisory, consulting and transformation project-based services business from Optiv Security, which will now operate as Optiv Consulting following the acquisition.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Vobis Ventures on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Anand Lakra (Partner), Prateek Mohapatra (Partner), Shikha Tripathi (Senior Associate), Jinay Shah (Principal Associate), Sukeshi Singh (Senior Associate), Nishi Shah (Associate), Rahi Barfiwala (Associate), and Shubham Barua (Consultant).
