JSA advises VTLLP on acquisition of HUL's prime property in Tamil Nadu

VTLLP has acquired a Tea Estate and a Historic British Era Mansion located in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, from Hindustan Unilever Limited.

The property was owned by HUL since 1963 and has been successfully acquired as part of this transaction.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised VTLLP on this acquisition. The Firm undertook an extensive title due diligence exercise to ensure a clear and marketable title. The Firm also provided comprehensive end-to-end support on the transaction, including structuring advice, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and coordinating all aspects through to successful closing.
