JSA advises Zydus Hospitals on acquisition of VINS Hospital

Zydus Hospitals and Healthcare Research Private Limited, an affiliate of the Zydus Group, has made a 100% acquisition of Vadodara Institute of Neurological Sciences (VINS) Hospital, a prominent neurological care hospital located in Vadodara.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised and assisted Zydus Hospitals on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Rajul Bohra (Partner), Saurabh Sharma (Partner), Associates Anmol Khurana and Tanishq Sharma.

Through this acquisition, Zydus aims to establish one of India’s most comprehensive centres for advanced neuroscience by combining the specialised expertise of VINS, a dedicated 50-bed facility, with the extensive resources of Zydus’s 300-bed multispecialty and cancer care hospital in Vadodara.
