National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) has sanctioned rupee term loan facilities aggregating up to ₹1,500 crore to Citius TransNet Investment Trust.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised NaBFID on this financing transaction.

The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Pragya Verma (Senior Associate) and Jhalak Gupta (Associate).
