Everstone Capital has invested approximately $270 million in the Apothecon Group, which comprises Apothecon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (India) and Navinta III Inc. (USA).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Apothecon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and its founders, Dr. Mahendra Patel and Joe Renner, on this transaction.
