JSA leads Coforge to close Cigniti acquisition

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised and represented Cigniti Technologies Limited (Transferor Company) and Coforge Limited (Transferee Company) in achieving successful closure of Coforge’s acquisition of Cigniti.

The Firm led the integration process by advising and assisting the companies in securing shareholder and creditor consent and seeking final approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh.
