Kaizen Law, Lexygen, Lex Consult act on Gully Labs Series A fundraise

Homegrown premium sneaker brand Gully Labs has raised ₹30 crore from a Series A fundraise led by Saama Capital, which also saw participation from existing investor Zeropearl VC as well as certain angel investors.

Kaizen Law advised Gully Labs on this fundraise.

Lexygen advised lead investor Saama Capital on this fundraise.

Lex Consult advised existing investor Zeropearl VC on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Naresh Pareek (Partner) and with assistance from Associates Riya Trivedi and Vibhor Jain.

Gully Labs operates a direct-to-consumer footwear brand focused on sneakers inspired by Indian street culture.
