Kanga & Co acts on DevX ₹143 crore fundraise

Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) has completed its Initial Public Offering of 23,500,000 equity shares aggregating to ₹143.35 crore.

Kanga & Co acted as the sole legal counsel to DevX and the BRLM, Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner), Tejal Patankar (Principal Associate) and Associates Pooja Lalwani, Meghna Sharma, Divyansh Minocha, Priya Kataria, Siddharth Jani, Suphla Singh and Rishi Mandavkar.

Established in 2017, DevX specializes in providing flexible office solutions, including coworking spaces and managed office environments. It has emerged as one of the largest operators of flexible workspaces in Tier-2 markets, catering to organizations looking for adaptable work environments.
