Khaitan acts on Wow Momo Foods' Series E round of funding

Wow Momo Foods has raised US$ 17 million (approx ₹125 crores) in Series E funding led by Tree Line Investment Management. The post money valuation stands at ₹1225 crores.

Khaitan & Co acted and advised Wow Momo Foods.

The core team consisted of Arindam Sarkar (Partner), Prithwijit Gangopadhyay (Principal Associate), Anwesha Sinha (Associate), Deepjoyika Ghosh Dastidar (Associate)

The round saw participation from IAN (Indian Angel Network) Fund and existing investor Lighthouse Funds.

The freshly infused capital will enable the brand to amplify its newly launched Fast Moving Consumer Goods business, fuel expansion of its quick-service restaurants and cloud kitchen brands, and launch two more brands, as reported by Economic Times.
