Khaitan advises ICICI Securities on ₹500 crore NCD issuance

ICICI Securities Limited has made an issuance of 50,000 fully paid, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures aggregating to ₹500 crore (including an option to retain over subscription of up to ₹250 crore), on a private placement basis
