Khaitan advises L&T Technology Services on sale & transfer of business to AMI Paradigm Solutions

L&T Technology Services has made a sale and transfer of its Smart World and Communication Business Unit, comprising the safe and smart segment and communication segment, to AMI Paradigm Solutions Private Limited on a slump sale basis for a total consideration of ₹452 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised L&T Technology Services on this transaction. The Firm assisted LTTS in structuring the sale and drafting, negotiating, finalising and execution of the transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Niren Patel (Partner), Vidur Sinha (Partner), Akhil Kumar (Senior Associate), Vinita Jagtiani (Associate) and Apeksha Chauhan (Associate).

AMI Paradigm is a special purpose entity set up by ParadigmIT Technology Services Private Limited focused on advancing artificial intelligence for public systems and critical infrastructure.

The transaction is intended to broaden AMI’s sovereign AI solutions for governments, public sectors, and critical infrastructure.
