Khaitan advises TVS Supply Chain Solutions on joint venture with ALA Group

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited is forming a joint venture in India with the ALA Group, an Italy-based aerospace and defence supply-chain integrator.

Khaitan & Co advised TVS Supply Chain Solutions on this JV. The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Vivek Sriram (Partner), Varun Narayan (Partner), Atul Narayan (Senior Associate) and Akhila Deekshitha Baddepudi (Senior Associate).

TVS SCS will hold a 51% stake in the joint venture, while A.L.A S.p.A (through its subsidiary) will own the remaining 49%.

The JV will address opportunities in India’s fast-growing aerospace and defence logistics sectors.
