Khaitan & Co acts on Mindspace Business Parks ₹560 crore NCD issuance

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has made an issuance of up to 56,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-cumulative non-convertible debentures for principal amount aggregating up to ₹560 crores on a private placement basis.

Khaitan & Co advised Mindspace Business Parks and their investment manager K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited on this NCD issuance.

The transaction team consisted of Manisha Shroff (Partner), Siddhant Shetty (Senior Associate) and Rishabh Kumar (Associate).

The Debentures have been secured by way of a mortgage over the identified movable and immovable assets of Horizonview Properties Private Limited, an asset SPV of Mindspace Business Parks and a corporate guarantee from the Asset SPV.
