Khaitan & Co advises Algonomy on acquisition by Malaysia-based ADA

Algonomy Software Private Limited has been acquired by ADA Data AI Solutions Pte Limited, a Malaysia-headquartered data and AI company delivering integrated digital, analytics, and marketing solutions to enterprises across Asia.

Khaitan & Co advised Algonomy on this transaction. The Firm advised on structuring the overall transaction and drafting and negotiating the definitive agreements.

The transaction team consisted of Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), Dipshikha Dhar (Principal Associate), Arnav Bose (Senior Associate) and Shlok Patwa (Associate).

Algonomy is a Bengaluru-based retail AI and SaaS company offering an algorithmic decisioning platform for omnichannel personalization, customer journey orchestration, and advanced analytics.

The acquisition strengthens ADA’s intelligent growth platform with AI decisioning technology, closing the gap from data and insight to a fully agentic experience, and extending ADA’s reach to 34 combined markets across APAC, the US, MENA, and Europe.
