Khaitan & Co advises Chalet Hotels on ₹171 crore acquisition of resort in Udaipir, Rajasthan

Chalet Hotels Limited has acquired 100% stake in Seasons Hotels Private Limited from its shareholders for a total consideration of approximately ₹171 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised Chalet Hotels on this acquisition. The Firm was responsible for the entire deal structing, due diligence of the company and the underlying immovable assets, assessment of material risks and mitigating factors, as well as drafting negotiating and finalising the transaction documents.

Seasons Hotels owned and operated a 144-room hotel – Inder Residency Resort & Spa, Udaipur, in the state of Rajasthan, which will now come under the Chalet Hotels portfolio.
