Khaitan & Co advises Choice Equity Broking on securing ₹900 crore investment from NH Investment & Securities

NH Investment & Securities has made a ₹900 crore investment in Choice Equity Broking Private Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised Choice Equity Broking and its parent company Choice International Limited on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Niren Patel (Partner), Aman Bagaria (Principal Associate), Abheepsita Purkayastha (Associate) and Mehu Singh (Associate).

In a press release, the Company shared that the capital infusion is expected to strengthen the Choice Equity Broking's financial resources, enabling it to support its expansion plans, pursue strategic initiatives, and meet its evolving business and operational requirements
