Khaitan & Co advised the resolution professional of SES Energy Services India Private Limited, in the corporate insolvency resolution process of the Corporate Debtor.

SES Energy, an entity in the oil and gas sector has been resolved through the CIRP and has been acquired by Ocean Capital Market Limited.

This was a one of its kind CIRP where SES did not have any unrelated party financial creditors and consequently, the committee of creditors was comprised only of operational creditors of SES.
