Khaitan & Co assists Fullife Healthcare on raising ₹300 crore from Elev8

Fullife Healthcare Private Limited has raised ₹300 crore from Elev8 and its affiliates through a combination of primary subscription (~₹150 crore) and secondary purchase (~₹150 crore).

Khaitan & Co advised Fullife Healthcare for this fundraise. The Firm assisted Fullife in review, negotiation and marking up of the transaction documents for Fullife’s fundraise; and execution, CP completion and closing of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Anupama Singh (Principal Associate), Mohammad Kaif (Associate) and Sakshi Garg (Associate).

Fullife Healthcare is a market leader in effervescent technology and the largest manufacturer and supplier of effervescent products in India. The company specializes in developing and marketing nutritional supplements.
