Khaitan & Co assists Gallagher Centre of Excellence on leasing offices in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune

Khaitan & Co advised Gallagher Centre of Excellence LLP on acquisition of leasehold rights in commercial office spaces across three key metropolitan locations across India.

Bengaluru, Karnataka: Office space admeasuring 58,189 square feet in commercial building known as ‘Godrej Hebbal' situated in Byatarayanapura Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore North (Additional) Taluk, Bangalore, Karnataka; 

Gurugram, Haryana: Office space admeasuring approximately 40,252 square feet in Block C, Building No 8, DLF Cyber City, Gurugram; 

Pune, Maharashtra: (a) Office space admeasuring in aggregate 34,965 square feet and 10,936 square feet situated in the IT Park/Commercial Complex, known as “Gigaspace IT Park”, Pune Nagar Road, Mouze Lohagoan; and (b) office space admeasuring 76,721.5 square feet each in 3rd and 4th floor, situated in Tower 2 of the Bluegrass Business Park Building, Final Plot No.3/3, Yerawada, Pune.

Khaitan & Co assisted with drafting and negotiation of lease deeds, which included end-to-end transaction support from preliminary due diligence through execution and post-completion formalities, facilitating Gallagher Centre of Excellence LLP's pan-India office expansion strategy.
