Khaitan & Co assists RPG Life Sciences on carve-out of its API business

RPG Life Sciences Limited has carved out its active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) business into a wholly-owned subsidiary company, RPG Active Pharma Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised RPG Life Sciences on this business carve-out as well as on the subsequent investment by PE-investor InvAscent.
