Khaitan & Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas act on FILA Group's ₹934 crore stake sale in DOMS

F.I.L.A. Fabbrica Italiana Lapis Ed Affini S.P.A. has made a sale of 4,248,184 equity shares held by FILA in DOMS Industries Limited, for a total consideration of ₹934.74 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised FILA Group in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Chirayu Chandani (Partner), Tishita Mukherjee (Principal Associate) and Avantika Tanwar (Associate).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised BNP Paribas Securities India Private Limited and J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, the placement agents on this stake sale.
