JSW Energy Limited has made a qualified institutions placement of equity shares aggregating to ₹4,000 crores.

Khaitan & Co advised JSW Energy on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Madhur Kohli (Partner), Vaibhav Mittal (Partner), Prathiksha Panduranga (Counsel), Varshini Puni (Senior Associate), Siddharth Jain (Associate), Srishti Jain (Associate) and Aryan Agarwal (Associate).

Linklaters advised Jefferies India Private Limited, the placement agent on this QIP.
