

Smartcoin Financials Private Limited (Olyv) has raised ₹207 crore from a Series C fundraise led by The Fundamentum Partnership – Fund II, with participation from SMBC Asia Rising Fund.
Khaitan & Co advised Olyv on this fundraise. The Firm advised on the structuring related aspects of the transaction; assisted in the negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents; and conducted a vendor due diligence on Olyv and its subsidiaries.
The transaction team consisted of Sanchit Agarwal (Partner), Prerna Kapur (Senior Associate), Chirag Mangal (Senior Associate), Jubin Jay (Senior Associate), Associates Shubhang Upadhyay, Yatin Chandna, Aastha Agarwallaa and Akhil Piyush.

Olyv is a Bengaluru-based digital lending platform that offers personal loans up to ₹5 lakh with a fully online process. It partners exclusively with RBI-registered lenders, including NBFCs and banks, to provide fast approvals and seamless loan disbursal.
The funding will support Olyv's growth by helping it expand its digital financial services.
