KNM & Partners, JSA act on ₹550 crore NCD issuance by AIPL Group company

Siskin Projects Private Limited, a group company of AIPL has made a private placement of secured, rated and listed non-convertible debentures aggregating to ₹550 crore.

The debentures were subscribed by the funds managed by Ares Management.

KNM & Partners advised Siskin Projects on this transaction. The transaction involved extensive structuring of a multi-layered security package spanning multiple obligors and lenders, including cross-collateralisation across land parcels, receivables and shareholding, and milestone-linked security release mechanisms.

The transaction team was led by Tanuj Hazari (Associate Partner), with support from Sidhant Ajmera (Associate Partner) and Smridhi Pathak (Associate).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised the investors Ares Management on this transaction.
