Kochhar & Co acts on DATOMS Series A fundraise

Phoenix Robotix Private Limited, creator of the ‘DATOMS' platform, has raised ₹25 crore (~$2.76 million) from a Series A fundraise which saw participation from including Big Global Investment JSC, YourNest Innovative Products VC Fund III, and IvyCap Ventures Trust Fund III.

Kochhar & Co's Bengaluru office advised Phoenix Robotix on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Anuj Kaila (Partner) and Lavanya Ambalkar (Associate).

Phoenix Robotix is a leading technology company in automation and industrial IoT.

The funds will be deployed to strengthen product and technology capabilities and for the expansion of the company’s enterprise intelligence platform across asset-heavy industries. The company also plans to enhance its AI and analytics engine, deepen automation features, and accelerate development of predictive maintenance, performance optimisation, and energy management solutions.
