Legalite Advisors, Xander Law, GameChanger Law act on e-TRNL Energy seed fundraise

e-TRNL Energy has raised ₹27.4 crore from a seed fundraise led by IAN Group, with support from Navam Capital, Anicut Capital, and existing investors Speciale Invest, Micelio, IIMA Ventures.

Legalite Advisors advised e-TRNL Energy on this fundraise. The Firm provided end-to-end legal advisory and transaction support to the Company and its founders including structuring, drafting, negotiating the transaction documents and assisting through to successful completion of the round.

The transaction team consisted of Aparna Borkar (Founder, Managing Partner) and Parth Shah (Founding Partner).

Xander Law Associates advised lead investor IAN Group on this fundraise.

GameChanger Law Advisors represented existing investor Speciale Invest on this fundraise. The Firm's role reviewing and negotiating the transaction documentation.
