Link Legal, Khaitan, NDA, Imperia Law act on Cashify fund raise from Chinese investors & Ors

Link Legal represented two Chinese investors – CDH and Morningside, in leading the $12 million Series C round of investment in Cashify, which also included investment from certain existing investors, namely Bessemer, Shunwei Ventures and Trifecta Venture Debt.
