L&L Partners acts on iSelect acquiring 49% in CIMET and Vconnex

iSelect (iSelect Limited), an Australian Stock Exchange listed company acquired 49% stake in CIMET (CIMET Holdings Pty Limited) and Vconnex (Vconnex Private Limited). The total transaction value is AUD 26.6 million (US$ 19.25 million; approx ₹150 crores).

L&L Partners Law Offices advised iSelect on the deal.

The transaction team included Partner Shinoj Koshy, Managing Associate Vipin Sharma and Associate Purvi Khanna.

Post this deal, iSelect will work with CIMET on the growth opportunities identified, new partnerships and verticals, revenue trajectory.
