Luthra advises HDFC Bank on ₹200 crore construction financing for Meenakshi Group project

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has advised HDFC Bank Ltd. on a significant construction financing transaction worth ₹200 crores for a commercial project being developed by Meenakshi Group in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The Luthra and Luthra team was led by Partner Suprio Dasgupta, with support from Manaswi Sai Kosuri, Senior Associate, and Enosh P Nithin, Associate.

Meenakshi Group, founded in 1992, undertakes projects in residential properties, highways, townships, power, and IT parks. The financing supports the group’s upcoming commercial development in Hyderabad.
