Tata Capital Limited has sanctioned a loan facility of up to ₹1,200 crore to AGP Group’s Zerra DC, digital infrastructure platform of AGP, for its 200 MW integrated data centre project in the Thane district of Maharashtra.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as legal counsel to Tata Capital on this financing deal.

The transaction was led by Girish Rawat (Senior Partner), along with Anirban Roy Choudhury (Managing Associate) and Akshara Grover (Senior Associate).

The team was supported by Zeeshan Ali Khan (Partner) and Ishita Bajaj (Associate).
