Mindspright Legal acts on Adisoft Technologies IPO

Adisoft Technologies Limited has made an Initial Public Offering of 43,08,000 Equity Shares aggregating up-to ₹74.10 crore.

Mindspright Legal advised Adisoft Technologies on this IPO.

Pune-based Adisoft Technologies is an automation solutions provider for automotive & non-automotive industry. The Company provides digital automation solutions for Automotive OEMs and Assembly Line Builders.

The Company will utilise the proceeds from the IPO for setting up a new factory and repayment of loans.
