NDR and IndusLaw advise on Strides acquisition of 70 stake in Inbiopro

Strides Arcolab has acquired a 70 percent controlling stake in Inbiopro Solutions based in Bangalore (a biotechnology firm) in an investment of Rs. 65 crore ($14.1 million), over a period of three years in the form of growth capital for development and commercialization of 8 products. The acquisition is through Agila Specialities, a wholly owned specialties subsidiary of Strides.
