NovoJuris Legal acts on Dil Foods Series B fundraise

Virtual Restaurant Operator Dil Foods has raised ₹72 crore from a Series B fundraise led by the Bikaji Foods’ family office, with participation from Alteria Capital and existing investors V3 Ventures, MJV Ventures.

NovoJuris Legal advised Dil Foods on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Sharda Balaji (Founding and Managing Partner), Ashwin Bhat (Deputy Managing Partner) and Ritvik Joseph (Senior Associate).

Dil Foods, founded by Arpita Aditi and headquartered in Bengaluru, is a virtual restaurant platform that empowers local restaurant partners through technology, streamlined operations, and supply chain support. Dil Foods runs several regional cuisine brands and has built a network of over 300 restaurant partners spanning six cities and upwards of 340 pin codes.
