NovoJuris Legal acts on Kissanसे Series A fundraise

KisaanSay Agtech Pvt. Ltd. has raised ₹34 crore from a Series A fundraise led by Agrisure Direct Scheme, a scheme of Agrisure Fund of NAB Ventures, with participation from other co-investors.

The transaction team consisted of Ashwin Bhat (Deputy Managing Partner), Amol Chitnis (Junior Partner), Gopi Krishna (Senior Associate) and Ritvik Joseph (Associate).

Kissanसे is a farmer-led initiative focused on delivering authentic, single-origin food products directly from farmer enterprises across India, through a collaborative and sustainable model.

The funds will be used for expanding Kissanसे's farmer network, increasing product offerings and strengthening offline presence.
