Paul Hastings, Universal Legal act on HEN Technologies $20 million Series A Fundraise

HEN Technologies has raised $20 million from a Series A fundraise led by O’Neil Strategic Capital, with participation from NSFO, TANAS Capital and z21 Ventures. 

Paul Hastings advised HEN Technologies on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Mike Pestana (Partner), with assistance from Associates Amaan A. Shaikh and Laura Jetter.

Universal Legal advised TANAS Capital on their participation in the fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Henna Kapadia Poojara (Associate Partner).

The funding will accelerate the deployment of Fluid-IQ, the HEN's predictive AI platform built on advanced fluid dynamics hardware.
