DCM Shriram Limited has formed a joint venture with Teknor Apex B.V., a subsidiary of Teknor Apex Company, implemented through the sale of 50% stake in its subsidiary, Shriram Polytech Limited.

Phoenix Legal advised DCM Shriram on the formation of this JV.

The transaction team consisted of Abhishek Saxena (Co-Founding Partner), Pranav Srivastava (Partner), Radhika Khanna (Senior Associate), Ramit Chowla (Senior Associate), Associates Anwita Bhattacharya and Unnati Sinha.
