Pillsbury Winthrop, Lex Consult act on Articul8 Series B fundraise

Articul8 AI, Inc. has closed the first tranche of its Series B fundraise, which was led by Adara Ventures, with participation from NXC Corporation, Aditya Birla Ventures, and other strategic investors. 

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP advised Articul8 on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Stan Pierson (Partner, Corporate), Lana Persaud (Associate) and David Jakopin (Partner, IP).

Lex Consult advised Aditya Birla Ventures, the private capital investment arm of the Aditya Birla Group, on their participation on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Naresh Pareek (Partner) and Nidhi Khadria (Partner) and with assistance from Swati Agrawal (Senior Associate).

Articul8 is US based generative AI startup that develops specialized AI systems tailored for specific business functions, that operate within customers’ own IT environments, rather than relying on shared, general-purpose models.
