Pinac advises Committed Cargo Care on acquisition of Ampersand Logistics

Committed Cargo Care Limited has made a 100% strategic acquisition of Ampersand Logistics Private Limited, a Delhi-based boutique logistics company.

Pinac advised and assisted Committed Cargo Care on this acquisition. The firm's role involved providing strategic, and drafting and negotiating the transaction documents.

The transaction was led by Utsav Lohia and Aditya Pattnaik. 

Committed Cargo Care specializes in last-mile delivery and supply chain dynamics. They are known for their innovative solutions in the logistics sector.

This acquisition aims to strengthen the Company's overseas network relationships and expand its customer base.
