Alpine Texworld Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹126 crore.

Rajani Associates advised Alpine Texworld as well as the book running lead manager D and A Financial Services Private Limited, on this IPO. The Firm's role included conducting legal and secretarial diligence; drafting, reviewing and finalizing all chapters of the DRHP, RHP and Prospectus; Preparing and finalizing responses to queries raised by the SEBI, NSE and BSE; assisting ATL and BRLM in the Issue; preparing and finalising all agreements; and preparing and finalising all ancillary documents.

The transaction team consisted of Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner), Amish Shroff (Partner), Karen Issac (Principal Associate), Ruchi Sethna (Senior Associate), Associates Shubh Poddar and Shriya Nandedkar.

Addvit Shrivastava (Associate) provided support.
