Rajani Associates advises Indowind Energy on rights issue

Indowind Energy Company Limited has made a Rights Issue of ₹49.42 crore.

Rajani Associates advised Indowind Energy on this rights issue.

The transaction team consisted of Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner) and Dipendra Singh Tomar (Associate).

Indowind is a renewable energy company specializing in wind power generation and distribution.

It now proposes to set up a solar power project.
