Rajani Associates advises lead investor Bajaj Finserv on LUMIQ Series B fundraise

Crisp Analytics Private Limited, dba LUMIQ, has raised ₹50 crore from a Series B fundraise led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures Limited, with participation from existing investor Info Edge.

Rajani Associates advised lead investor Bajaj Finserv on this fundraise. The Firm's role included reviewing, revising, and negotiating the definitive and other ancillary documents; review of the transaction documents of earlier rounds of investment; assisting clients with the issues flagged in the diligence reports.

The transaction team consisted of Amish Shroff (Partner), Karen Issac (Principal Associate) and Ruchi Sethna (Senior Associate).

LUMIQ is an end-to-end data and analytics company specializing in the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector. They build custom data platforms, cloud-based data warehouses, and AI/ML solutions to help banks, insurers, and asset managers unify their data, accelerate data maturity, and drive data-driven decision-making.

The funds raised will be utilized to facilitate LUMIQ's growth initiatives and address its increasing business and operational needs.
