Rajani Associates advises Mahansaria Tyres on JV stake acquisition from Clean Max

Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited has made an acquisition of 26% stake of a joint venture company from Clean Max; and a power purchase under group captive model from the JV Company.

Rajani Associates advised Mahansaria Tyres on both the transactions.

The transaction team consisted of Amish Shroff (Partner), Karen Issac (Principal Associate), and Ruchi Sethna (Senior Associate).
