Adsys Medtech Private Limited has successfully completed its seed round of funding led by Foundation for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship and Rainmatter Investments, backed by Zerodha.

Rise Legal advised Adsys on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Ritika Ganju (Managing Partner), and Associates Anushka Bhardwaj and Mohana Dasyam.

Adsys is a med-tech startup which has developed a revolutionary AI-powered device for generating rapid complete blood count report.

The investment marks a significant step in advancing Adsys’ mission to revolutionise the existing diagnostic technology through artificial intelligence.
