SAM advises Hindustan Petroleum on $3 Billion LNG Agreement with ADNOC Gas Subsidiary

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has entered into a long-term Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Sale and Purchase Agreement worth approximately $3 billion with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company, a subsidiary of ADNOC Gas.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Hindustan Petroleum on this agreement.

The transaction team advising on the transaction was led by Prashant Sirohi (Partner) and Rudra Shankar (Senior Associate).
